What is forbidden

  • Fire extinguishers

  • Pressure vessels

On our site, it is strictly forbidden to:

  • smoke

  • take pictures

  • leave materials not approved by our staff

What is permitted with a pollution control certificate

  • Fuel tanks with openings of 20 cm by 20 cm

  • Barrels for hazardous products

  • TV for Récupel


However, all items MUST be placed in the bins provided for this purpose. Televisions will not be included in the weight of your scrap metal.

On-site at our metal depot

The speed limit is limited to 5 km/h.

Bring your ID card and bank card.

You enter the site at your own risk. We advise you to wear safety shoes. We are not responsible for any material or physical injury.

Safety instructions given by our staff must be followed.

Our permits

The permits granted to us are as follows:

  • The environmental and operating permit is valid until 2043.

  • FEBELAUTO : an approved decontamination centre for end-of-life vehicles with demolition certificates.

  • End-of-life EEE: an approved treatment centre for end-of-life Electrical and Electronics Equipment.

  • RECUPEL : the collection point for old televisions and household appliances.

  • BEBAT : the collection of used batteries.

Our certifications

The AQSIQ certificate: General Administration for Quality Control, Inspection and Health Control, through our parent company, Sanomat Trading BVBA

This certificate is essential for trade with China, as it certifies that goods intended for import into China meet a certain number of standards, among other things.
